Welcome to Instant Coffee Shop! By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

1. Products and Pricing

  • We sell only instant coffee and gift cards.
  • All prices include VAT.

2. Product Descriptions Disclaimer

  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions on our website; however, we cannot guarantee that all information, including ingredient lists, nutritional information, or other product details, is completely accurate, complete, or up to date.
  • Customers should always refer to the original physical packaging for the most accurate information, including allergen warnings, ingredients, and usage instructions.
  • Any responsibility for the quality, safety, or accuracy of the products lies with the manufacturers of the products.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship only within the UK.
  • Standard delivery via Evri costs £3.99.
  • Delivery times may vary based on your location.

4. Payment Terms

  • We accept Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods available through Stripe. 
  • In the case of payment by card to the courier or on the website, the value of the goods and/or services ordered and the delivery (unless free of charge) shall be paid by the customer or by a third party chosen by the customer through the payment system on the website or through the system used by our partner (the courier company). Payment shall only be deemed complete once the amounts have been credited to our account or the account of the courier company. By providing the necessary details, the customer or third party payer identifies themselves, confirms the payment amount and instructs the card account to be debited with the payment amount and credited to our account or that of the courier.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • We allow returns of goods ordered from us online within 14 calendar days of receipt.
  • We allow the return of goods within 24 months of delivery if they have shown any non-conformity (defect) after delivery, which existed on the day of delivery but manifested itself later (bad smell, lack of aroma, etc.)..
  • If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping; otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We may refuse refunds if you wish to return an unpackaged food product, such as our instant coffee drinks. In this case, we can only offer a refund if the product has any discrepancies (defects), but not if an order cancellation is requested without there being a defect with the product.

6. Cancellations

  • Customers can cancel orders before dispatch.

7. Account and User Conduct

  • Customers may create an account or checkout as guests.
  • Standard restrictions apply, including no fake accounts and accurate information during registration.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All product logos and images are the property of their respective copyright owners.

9. Liability and Warranties

  • Products are sold “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee individual taste preferences or product performance.
  • The responsibility for the quality, safety, and accuracy of the products lies with the manufacturers.

Shipping Policy

  • We ship within the UK only.
  • Standard delivery via Evri costs £3.99.
  • Delivery times may vary, typically ranging from 3 to 5 business days.
  • The delivery time increases during public holidays, non-working days and large-scale shopping campaigns such as Black Friday.

  • We allow returns of goods ordered from us online within 14 calendar days of receipt.
